CMIC Solutions was established as a spinoff of the human resources division for the purpose of optimizing and maximizing human resources in the CMIC Group. We experienced a turning point in 2007 when we started outsourcing administrative services on-site.

We decided to do business in the pharmaceutical industry that used dispatched workers from our company as outsourcing administrative services.

We are now able to solve the problem of head count reduction not only by "human resources", but also by "services". Moreover, in response to the problem that the work of temporary staff is narrowed due to the revision of the law, we made it possible to standardize work and accumulate knowledge, therefore solving the problems of the client.

Our contractors are now growing to more than dozens of companies including major companies.

Today, the environment surrounding CMIC is undergoing a major transformation. In the pharmaceutical industry, a revision of drug prices, medical treatment fees and nursing care fees, etc. are being carried out. Also, in the human resources industry, changes in the pharmaceutical industry will continue to occur, such as amending the dispatch law and promoting working way reforms.
